Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 2026At HEDMO Lab, we stand behind the quality and scientific precision of our neuro-visual programming tools. However, due to the unique nature of our products, specific rules apply to purchases.
1. Digital & Customized Nature of the Product
When you complete a purchase on HEDMO Lab, our algorithm immediately generates a highly customized, high-fidelity 4K digital wallpaper (Master File) based specifically on your biometric inputs (Name, Date of Birth, and Goal). You are granted instant access to download this file.
Because the product is a digital download and generated uniquely for you, it cannot be "returned" or repurposed.
2. All Sales Are Final
By completing your purchase and accessing the Master File, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the transaction is complete and the digital asset is unlocked, we cannot issue a refund under normal circumstances.
3. Exceptions for Technical Failures
While our systems operate with high reliability, we understand that technical glitches can occur. We will issue a full refund or provide a manual generation of your file if you experience any of the following:
- Duplicate Billing: You were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error.
- Non-Delivery: The system failed to unlock the Master File, and you did not receive access to your download after a successful payment.
- Corrupted File: The downloaded 4K image file is completely corrupted, blank, or unreadable, and our technical team is unable to provide you with a working version within 48 hours of your report.
4. Expectation Disclaimer
Please note that refunds will not be granted based on personal dissatisfaction with the aesthetic appearance of the generated colors/shapes, or a failure to achieve specific life results (e.g., financial or romantic outcomes). Our digital anchors are psychological tools, and outcomes depend entirely on individual application and external factors.
5. How to Request Support
If you believe you qualify for a refund due to a technical failure or duplicate charge, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. Include your transaction receipt and a detailed description of the issue.
