Welcome to HEDMO Lab ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HEDMO website, algorithms, and digital products (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

1. Nature of the Service

HEDMO Lab provides a digital visualization tool that generates personalized 4K digital wallpapers ("Digital Assets") based on user-provided data (e.g., name, date of birth, selected goals). Our Service is designed for personal inspiration, visual anchoring, and entertainment purposes.

2. Medical and Professional Disclaimer

Not Medical or Financial Advice: The algorithms, frequencies, and digital assets generated by HEDMO Lab are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

• We do not guarantee any specific financial, romantic, professional, or psychological outcomes.
• The Service should not be used to treat, diagnose, or cure any medical or mental health condition.
• Any decisions made based on the use of our digital anchors are strictly at your own risk.

3. Intellectual Property and Licensing

Upon purchasing and unlocking a Master File, HEDMO Lab grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use the generated Digital Asset strictly for personal use (e.g., as a personal device wallpaper).

• You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or commercially exploit the Digital Asset.
• All underlying algorithms, code, website design, text, and branding remain the exclusive intellectual property of HEDMO Lab.

4. User Data and Privacy

To generate your unique frequency, we process basic input data. We do not store your biometric inputs (name/DOB) permanently on our servers after the generation session is concluded, except where required for transaction processing. 5. Purchases and Refunds

Due to the immediate access and customized nature of our digital products, all sales are final once the Master File has been generated and unlocked. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund, subject to statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction. 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HEDMO Lab and its affiliates, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.

7. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
